I would like to express our thanks to you for your assistance in the extremely quick sale of our vacant land in Pearsall recently.

We were initially apprehensive, as we had no sales experience and no knowledge of what a seller was required to do. After your visit we felt much more comfortable about our decision. The information kit explained everything clearly, and the Buyers Brochures proved very useful to hand to potential buyers.

We first listed the land with two local Real Estate Agents over a period of 6 months with no success (we didn’t have any offers, and very few enquiries). After we saw the Home Sale Solutions website, we decided to give selling it ourselves a try.
